Baby Back Pork Rib Sauce
This is a great sauce for pork ribs, especially if you like that sweet and sour flavour. The best part is the addition of the horseradish sauce that really gives it a zing! One of my faves.

Baby Back Pork Rib Sauce
A great sauce to finsh lipsmacking baby back pork ribs!
Ingredients
- 1 c brown sugar
- 4 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 4 tsp cornstarch (dissolved in 4 tsp water, if desired)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan except for cornstarch and water. Heat throroughly. If you want to thicken it further, add cornstarch/water mixture and bring to a boil and then take off heat. It’s ready to use on ribs!
- Coat ribs in sauce by brushing 1/2 sauce mixture on one side of ribs and then flipping them over to brush with remaining sauce. Cook ribs on a rack in oven or on grill on the barbeque for 5 min, flipping them over for another 5 min, and then repeating that sequence one more time.
- They’re ready to eat!
