Once done, take meat out of the slow cooker into a bowl and with two forks, begin to pull the meat apart and shred it. As you do, remove any excess fatty bits (some people don't bother, but if you know me, I am not a fan of jiggly fat!). Once you have broken up all of the meat, return it to the slow cooker in the sauce, and voila, you are ready to serve it up!
